Products Stock Status

We use 5 references to describe our products stock status on the web site.


24 HOURS:
It means we have the product in stock and that your order will be shipped within 24 hours (of an open day).


3 DAYS:
These products are in stock at our partners warehouses. We must first collect them before shipping, this is why we write a '3 days' delay for shipping, but in most case they leave within 24 hours.


10 DAYS:
Means we no longer have the product in stock but that we are expecting new stocks within 10 days. If you order a product marked as 'Next Stock', you will wait in the worse case 10 days before your package is shipped. Of course you have the possibility to ask for a refund anytime during this period of waiting. It is interesting to buy products marked as 'Next Stock' because you are sure that you will be taken care of first upon reception of the new stocks.


PRE ORDER:
For some products that are still on very high demand, we sometimes offer pre order. We do not guarantee the delivery date, but we guarantee that first pre order will be served first upon reception of our stocks. Pre orders are interesting for products that are highly expected, and for which we are almost certain that our stocks will not be enough to satisfy all of our customers. Pre orders can be cancelled at anytime, but with a 10% fee.


NO STOCK:
When we run out of stock for a product, but we are not sure we are going to get new stock soon (if any), we place it on 'NO STOCK' status. It is switched back to a regular stock status as soon as we know more stocks are coming soon or deleted if production is stopped.
